Project deposits
Many website, app, software, and design projects require an upfront deposit or milestone payment before work begins. The deposit secures project time and covers planning, setup, research, and early production work.
Cancellations
A client may request cancellation by contacting us in writing. Any refund or balance due will depend on work already completed, reserved time, third-party costs, and the agreed project terms.
If a project is delayed because required content, feedback, access, or approvals are not provided, timelines and payment milestones may need to be revised.
Digital deliverables
Because digital work is custom and time-based, completed work, approved milestones, purchased licenses, hosting, domains, third-party tools, and delivered files may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Commissioned art payments
Commissioned art requests are reviewed manually. Payment is requested only after the request is reviewed, scope is agreed, and a quote is confirmed. PayPal or another agreed payment path may be used.
