When a project needs custom workflows, user journeys, data handling, integrations, or business logic, the right price comes after the build has been mapped properly.
Map Custom Scope
The number of pages, content blocks, and service details affects planning, design, and build time.
Custom visual systems, motion, coded graphics, and unique sections require more focused production time.
Forms, dashboards, integrations, portals, app features, and workflow tools are quoted by scope.
Hosting setup, migration, training, maintenance, and launch support can be added where needed.
Add-ons

Payment & invoicing

Base pricing is shown in USD. Final invoices are issued in USD unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
ZAR estimates may be shown for South African clients to make planning easier, while the confirmed quote remains the source of truth.
Most projects use a 50% deposit to begin and 50% before handover or launch, unless the project needs a different milestone plan.
Digital-service projects are handled by quote and bank-transfer style invoicing. Commissioned art follows a separate PayPal-supported flow.
