These terms provide a starter framework. Project-specific agreements, invoices, and written approvals should control final scope.
Scope and approval
Each project should begin with an agreed scope covering deliverables, timeline, pricing, payment milestones, revision expectations, required client inputs, and launch or delivery requirements.
Any major change outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, adjusted timeline, or separate phase.
Client content and access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved copy, media, brand assets, account access, and feedback required to complete the work.
Delays in providing required materials may delay delivery dates or affect the project schedule.
Revisions and feedback
Revision rounds should be clearly defined for each project or commission. Additional revision rounds, redesigns, new features, or direction changes may be quoted separately.
Portfolio use
Unless agreed otherwise, Magida Creative Co. may reference completed public work in its portfolio, case studies, social posts, or marketing materials. Confidential or private work should be identified before the project begins.
Commissioned art requests
Commissioned art is handled as a separate request flow from technology projects. The request is reviewed, scope is clarified, pricing is confirmed, and payment is requested before work begins.
Usage rights, commercial use, print rights, source files, delivery format, and revision expectations should be confirmed before the commission starts.
